Our new online application (which is based on our Boatbook app), allows you to upload information on all aspects of the property - equipment, inventory, guarantees, tradesman, maintenance etc.

One useful tool is to leave instructions for new guests and create a QR code that you can leave at the property to be scanned. Each item of equipment can have the manuals associated with it and an individual QR code to access these and any notes that go with it (links to videos too if appropriate)

Having everything in an online app means that changes or additions are instantly available to guests when they scan the code.
